Dear Mr. Stetskov,
My company has just published an English-Ukrainian electronic phrasebook & dictionary entitled “Ukrainian Phrasebook, Dictionary, Menu Guide & Interactive Factbook” (by Masha Drach & Olga Kravtsova). It is the largest, most comprehensive electronic phrasebook-dictionary ever published in any language (1898 pages) and is already listed on Amazon.com for pre-order, with a release date of May 1st.
We would be very honored if you, a prominent movie director, actor, writer and producer, could examine our phrasebook and bestow a comment (in Ukrainian or English) about it. Such a comment from a person of your stature would do much to elevate Ukrainian language, culture and political life in the eyes of English-speaking people.
If you would be willing to do this for us, I would send you a pdf file of the phrasebook-dictionary. Also, we would list your name, description and website link, together with your photo, if you wished, and your comment in a special Appendix of Prominent Ukrainians. Further, we would insert your name and website link within the phrasebook text under words such as “actor”, “director”, “producer”, “writer”, “movie”, or whatever words you would prefer (up to 8).
So far, we have a number of movie actors, actresses, musicians, authors and professors of Ukrainian descent, but no movie directors, so you would be our first.
Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Robert Powers
